INTRODUCTION :
Multinational organization (corporation): it is a business or company that is operating from several countries but managed from one home country. In other words it is any company that controls a quarter of its income (revenue) from operations outside its home country.

Purpose:
Usually people at multinational organization would be asked to participate in a collaboration project which is a project that made by group of people which neither one of them know others and they have been picked according to their expertise. as in this collaboration every person have equal legal responsibility which means one person can't do all the team work by himself.
So, In this research we are going to clarify the several ways of making multinational group succeed in work place, what are the challenges that this group would face, the effect of different nationality on each other in workplace, how to successfully cross these
