Endocrine System: As I examined the Endocrine System I saw it was affected. The patient was taking Novolin N, which is an insulin that helps control high blood sugar. And Metformin and Glyburide, which are diabetic medications. Side effects of these are blood glucose goes too low. This happens because the amount of insulin needed by the body to maintain homeostasis is too much. This also affects the tissue function. The tissue looked a lit bit weak, this could have caused the patient's neurotic feet.

Nerve damage from diabetes is called diabetic neuropathy. They can be categorized as sensory neuropathy, motor neuropathy, and autonomic neuropathy. The patient had sensory neuropathy. Sensory neuropathy is when the nerves that sense heat and touch are damaged. The patient had necrotic on his feet. Necrotic is when cells/tissues can’t be replace, or in other word dead. The patient probably did not have the ability to feel the necrotic on his feet because it affects the feet. The patient also presented poor vision. This was caused because of cataracts.
