1. Communication
I am not good at putting my thoughts into words. By working with someone who has the strength of communication it will be easier to put our thoughts into words. As far as presenting the project it will be successful since people with the skill of communication are strong presenters.
2. Ideation
Whenever I have to think of ideas for a project it is often difficult to come up with a solid idea that I can pursue. When working with someone who posses the strength of ideation it is ideal since they are able to differentiate between good and bad ideas and well as being able to make connections between things.

Self-assurance
Whenever I am doing something I often lack confidence, because I don't have 100% certainty that what I am doing is correct. By working with someone who has self-assurance they can teach me to be confident in what I do and that I am making the right decisions.
5. Woo
When I first meet people I come off as shy and quiet. Being partnered with someone with the strength of woo would cause me to come out of shell and meet new people and find connections with others.
6. Strategic
I am a type of person who sees one way of doing things and has difficulty understanding other alternatives. By working with someone who is strategic they can help me navigate all the different avenues and pick the best solution.
7. Relator
As a person who prefers to work independently it can often be hard to create relationships. By working with a person who has the skill of relator I can learn to find deeper connections with people.
8. Maximizer
I am a type of person who works hard but as soon as the project meets the requirements I begin working on something else. By working with a maximizer I can learn how make the project even greater than it already is.
