My Decision To Go To Haiti
Haiti
If you were to give people the option of traveling anywhere in the world, majority of people would choose beautiful vacation spots on exquisite beaches or breathtaking mountains. However, I am the opposite. If I was given a ticket that would take me anywhere in the world, I would choose to go to Haiti.
Haiti has the highest percentage of orphans out of any country in the western hemisphere. The country is full of starving men and women who live lives that are unimaginable to many Americans. However, if you were to look deeply into the lives of some of the Haitian people, you would find joy. A joy that comes from God alone.
