My health triangle is pretty balanced. My physical health is very good since I exercise almost everyday. I also have great eating habits and sleep enough. I refuse any drugs or alcohol that could potentially hurt me. Mental health is where I struggle a little. I am often stressed and it can be hard sometimes. Being social is very easy for me. That part of my health triangle is very strong. I am fine around people and I have good relationships. I am really comfortable around new people and I love to talk.
