My Health Triangle Research Paper
My health triangle is pretty balanced. My physical health is very good since I exercise almost everyday. I also have great eating habits and sleep enough. I refuse any drugs or alcohol that could potentially hurt me. Mental health is where I struggle a little. I am often stressed and it can be hard sometimes. Being social is very easy for me. That part of my health triangle is very strong. I am fine around people and I have good relationships. I am really comfortable around new people and I love to talk. I have so many amazing things, but also some to work on. I need to not worry about what others think and just trust myself. Everyone is different in their own special way.
If someone's mental health changes, such as not
knowing how to control their emotions, they may not want to be open to people. This would effect all three areas since their social life would diminish, which would make them want to stay by themselves and not get any exercise. They would have almost no social life. They would not go out as often which would affect their physical health. They would become either chubby, since they would not move much, or they may become skinnier if they become depressed and develop an eating disorder. It can be challenging when all areas are effected because the person would get down and more problems could eventually occur.
