My biggest area of weakness is my environmental wellness. This is due to the fact that I often do not put much thought into my green footprint. The thought of doing something that specifically benefits the environment rarely crosses my mind. I also prefer doing things that help people more than they help the environment. Another area of weakness is my emotional wellness. This is mainly because I am too stubborn to seek help when I fail to understand a concept. I also keep my emotions to myself as it is generally frowned down on in my family to talk to deeply about our emotions.
In response to my weakness, a smart goal would be beneficial. The smart goal that I have come up with is that for every three environmentally harmful items I buy, I will to purchase one item that is more natural and organic. An example of an item I could buy would be organic apples and reusable eating utensils instead of plastic ones. I plan to follow through with this goal for the next month, and I hope to have developed a strong enough habit after this month to continue my environmentally friendly purchase
