The number is overwhelming when you really look at it. People are losing love ones to something that can be a preventable disease with the right actions. My father had a quadruple bypass at the age of 45. He was a very heavy smoker as I was growing up, didn’t exercise and of course ate whatever he wanted. Seeing him growing up, he was always active, so when he was having his heart attack I guess I also thought he was healthy in my eyes. There is more to hearth disease then how someone looks.
