The NII Holdings located in Chile has been voted as the 6th best place to work for in Chile. Among other awards, President and CEO of Brazil, Sergio Chaia was personally awarded “Outstanding Entrepreneur in HR.” All of this leads to happy and dedicated work force which allows people to do their best and help the company grows and achieves its goals. A commitment to quality and services carries throughout the organization.
Company Policies: NII Holding wants to use locals to manage stores to better understand and meet customer needs and wants. NII Holdings are strong in the act of social responsibility. Their main focus is on families and children. They want to do things that will benefit the location of the NII. They also make sure that they choose groups that have the least chance of offending someone. They want to be good as well as look good to its customers and communities.
Key Personnel:
The Senior Management Team consists of Steven Shindler, Gokul Hemmady, George Cope, Raymond Dolan, Raul Ramirez, and Dave Truzinski. Steven Shindler is the chief executive officer (CEO) of NII Holdings. He focuses mainly on the company’s strategic plans and priorities with the intention to increase NII opportunities. Subsidiaries:
NII Holdings has joined forces with Motorola to provide instant access, low latency, high voice quality, and dependable communications. As NII Holdings wanted to continue to increase their technology they extended their contract with Motorola Solution to supply hardware, software, and services. This is one way that this shows their solid relationship with Motorola. NII has also extended their coverage in major cities in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Mexico. They continue to meet their mission and values as they continue to grow and improve their service.
Employees:
NII has a good reputation from its employees. NII has 12,000 employees currently employed. They continue to be awarded as a company to work for. With NII being a company that employees want to work for insure for more loyal and dedicated
