Napping on the Job
ARGUMENTATIVE ESSAY
Napping on the Job Many people experience sleepiness at work every day because they were not able to get enough sleep the previous night. Not getting enough sleep causes them to feel tired during work, and this causes them issues throughout the day. Some may argue that taking a nap while on the job is not good because it is a waste of time, and effects person's professional appearance. But the truth is that naps can actually make you more productive and concentrated, and reduces your stress as well as changes your bad mood.

Napping is a great way of reducing stress while on work. It improves your memory as well as your mood. Reduction of stress improves your focus and emotional stability because it not only affects on your work productivity, but your overall health as well. It is better to have a good mood rather than interacting with customers with a bad mood throughout the day, which could give the customer a bad impression about you as well as your company you are working in.

Napping can also help you concentrate more on the work and improves your productivity. Moreover, napping can benefit the person by helping them make intelligent choices, and giving a fast boost throughout the day. It refreshes the mind, and allows for a greater flow of ideas. This energetic outlook can help you think of new thoughts, and could give you a new fresh view on your project or your work.

In conclusion, it is better to take a nap while on the work because it could actually make the person more focused, more productive, more efficient, and reduces the stress. It is better to take a quick power nap rather than not sleeping for a while and stress out all day. One day, I hope to see facilities to take a quick nap in my jobsite. That would demonstrate how much employers take care of their employees’ wellbeing.
