This study focus on the impact that social media might be having on young adults’ excessive interest in one’s physical appearance and how having these behaviors are changing our society to be more indulged in selfish behavior. A large number of people use social networking platforms; however, it is debatable on how these platforms shape the characteristics and personality of the person. A survey was created to ask the question to young adults if they think that social media have a connection to selfish behavior.
