It was just another day at work, before this lady ruined it for me. As I was turning onto west 75th street from Central Park West. When I came close to Columbus avenue there was an access a ride bus blocking the entire street, and unloading a wheelchair. There was no way for us to get out of there unless the bus moved, the street was very narrow since it was a residential block the right and the left lines were blocked by the parked cars, the cars probably belonged to the residents who lived there. Even though this wasn’t my fault that the bus is blocking the street, the red faced angry lady whom I picked up earlier from Columbus circle, she gave me her destination and told me to use this street to cross over, I knew that she was in a rush because I could tell from the way she was behaving, she had her left hand on her head and knocking her head to the doors window. Sitting on the back seat of my taxi cab she blamed it on me by saying that I should have taken a better street to cross over. I told her “miss this is the street you told me to cross”. But she did not listen to me and continued screaming. I tried to be professional and did everything to keep calm and not to get into any unnecessary arguments with her. I tried not to talk back, because if the passenger gets offended, they will write a complain to the Taxi and Limousine Commission against me which could lead to revocation of my license. I definitely don’t want my license get revoked. While the bus is still unloading the angry lady is still screaming at me saying why did you take this street? She repeated this question about 10 times. I told the lady “mam this is not my fault that the bus is blocking the street” I told her how would I know that it is going to be like this? She still won’t calm down because she wants to get somewhere and she wants to get there as fast as she can, but the bus is on her way, she wants that bus out of there. After screaming at me for about
