On-the-Job Training for students is essential since it counterpart a lot to their work-actualization in the future. The training harness the potentials and learning in school with regards to the chosen field of the student. Above all, experience earned at the end is immeasurable.
My first day as an OJT student at Allied Banking Corporation was very remarkable for the reason that emotions are mixed- nervous, excited and afraid. Adjustment towards my work, workplace and to my subordinates and superiors is present. But then, I was able to overcome all these things as days passed by. On our first day, we were oriented by one of our superiors about the things we had to perform inside the bank. After scanning all the slips, we proceed to the next step which is the ‘’end of the day’’. This step was the closing part of all the transactions made within one banking day.
