Nathaniel's Behavior: The Start Of The Classroom
Nathaniel has made tremendous improvements this school year. He is coming to school more willing and attending classes. Nathaniel has made several friends and joined the Anime club. A Nathaniel interaction with peers has improved since the beginning of the school year. However, there are times he will get upset and begin to yell and make threats to fight with other students. Nathaniel will engage in minimal conversations with preferred adults. He uses the PASS room as a cool down area when he is agitated or needs a break. Nathaniel struggles to complete and turn in grade level work. He spend majority of class time reading novel books. When directed by his teacher to start an assignment he ignores the request and continues to read. There
are times that he will become frustrated and start to argue with teacher. When he chooses to complete the assignment he often rushes through the assignment.
Objective A states, Nathaniel will express his emotions appropriately using his coping/de-escalation strategies 90% of the observed opportunities for 4/5 weeks as measured by teacher. Nathaniel met the goal with ___% accuracy. Objective B states that Nathaniel will complete the assignment and turn it in as directed by the teacher on 90% of his assignments for 4/5 weeks. Nathaniel did not met objective B. He is currently at _______%.
