When humans are first born into the world, they have no drive to break any rules or hurt others, they only have one mission, to survive. In order to obtain their needs, they may have to do light evil, such as bothering someone, but they are not aware they are hurting anyone. For example, a child may kick their mother while they are still inside of her, they do not want to hurt their mother, they are simply getting used to the real world. In addition, a baby will not always know what is going on, so they may cry as a defense mechanism.
