Kuwait International Bank
Deliverable 1
Executive summary:
Professional Work Values are now taken as an integral part of any business, as a business is considered unethical if its employees and organization do not follow the Professional work value. The professional work values can be broadly defined as the set of principles that guide a professional behavior. Keeping in view the importance of Professional work values, we conducted a practical study of the ethical work values practiced in ‘Kuwait International Bank’(Kib.com.kw, 2013). A combination of both Qualitative and Quantitative data was collected from the Branch Manager through questionnaire and one-to-one interview. The findings on the same revealed that the organization is following the Professional work values as described in Quran to a moderate level. However, due to the overall structure of corporate practices today, there are still areas that require more effort for implementation of ethical practices. The following part of the report will provide a detailed account on the outcome of our interview and questionnaire.
