Abstract
Employee turnover is extremely high in the banking industry, including National Bank of Kuwait. In this report is a clear explanation of the problem and the reasons behind it. We have conducted a survey and an interview that have helped us with our findings. After fully explaining the problem, we proposed some solutions for this high turnover including better internal communication, fair pay, and recognition.
Overview of NBK:
NBK is the first national bank in Kuwait. All the board members and the founders of NBK are Kuwaiti merchants. NBK was established with a capital of 13,100 shares, each valued at KD 75 today. Over the years NBK has proved itself to be a financial leader in the Arab world and the best bank in the middleeast. NBK was established in November 1952.
