Each person has dedicated some type of leadership, initiative & dedication to their tribes
in the National Center for American Enterprise Development. The awards given
recognized 40 American Indian leaders from across the country across their tribes. The

Bell helped write the daily newspaper, as well as public relations, and
marketing campaigns. Lesher established business solutions to advise companies to be
more efficient and cost effective. Anderson manages the surveillance for all CNE
properties and is responsible for 120 employees and the department’s budget. Frye
protects tribal assets, she oversees the commission’s onsite gaming agents. Calico
assists the principal chief and secretary of state with all day to day operation of the
administrative. Madewell is responsible for the oversight of casino operations with
approximately 300 total employees.
3. These nine Cherokee Nation citizens have dedicated time from their lives to their
tribes, their dedication varied from dealing with money to being an assistant to the head
chief. The national center in the Global Magazine was 40 under 40 to Oklahoma
Magazine 30 under 30. These leaders represented leadership, and dedication and
significant contributes to their tribes. All leaders are all appreciative for their awards
and are proud to represent. They are considered inspiring and are appreciated for their
