The two main ways nearly everyone knows how to stay healthy, the ways people were told to follow since childhood, are exercise and a healthy diet. Cardio activity is just another necessary job to accomplish for reaching the goal of a healthy life.
Some may argue that to stay healthy, merely only one of the two options, exercising or a healthy diet, is needed. But that is not true. Think about this.
