No-Touch Torture
Hi,
I’m Dave Voigts. I’m a Dwight native, former naval officer, and graduate of the United States Naval Academy. While in the service I discovered an ongoing nonconsensual human experiment testing a human-machine interface weapon. The program is testing a class of weapons called “Perception Warfare,” “Spiritual Warfare,” or “No-Touch Torture” weapons. I use the term “testing” loosely. This program functions more like an electronic gulag.
I’ve researched this issue for over ten years now and have verified the information to be true. I have been doing public outreach on this issue for a couple of years. The Binghamton shooter Jiverly Wong, the Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis, The Florida State University shooter Myron May, and the Baton Rouge Shooter Gavin Long all have verifiable emails, YouTube videos, and internet postings about their torture and harassment. Also, there is a Canadian woman on trial named Rohine Bisear. She is also in this program.
I have put together a presentation and would like to practice presenting the information to friends, relatives, or anyone here locally. This issue needs to reach a national audience.
