High-level system overview with description of process. Include a sequence of operations and identify products and/or product presentations associated with the system.
1. Code Button in the Operation Folder.
A. First, extract the list of names of the active accounts in FWN. The instruction to do so will be located in the FreeWeight Audit Document referenced below.
B. Take the extracted names and place the names in the List of FWN folder. Each column should be labeled Code (Mud ID location), Last Name, First Name, Profile, and Active. When the Code button is pressed the list of names from Freeway will appear in Column.
C. The Code Button in the Operation Folder has a Macros within it programmed to copy and past the list from the FWN folder

Take the extracted list of names and place them in the List from Training Folder in the correct corresponding columns labeled Active User (contains the Mud Ids), First Name, Last Name, and Curriculum ID.

3. Analysis – Column G
A. If- Then code was created to be used for the Analysis (=IF(A2=LOOKUP(A2,$B$1:$B$130),"",A2). Copy and paste this code into column G row 2. Once pasted the code will be active.
B. One the code is active a name may or may no appear within it.
C. Listed below is an example of one with the name within it. Left click the box with code inside. Once clicked a bold black box will outline the rectangle of G2 and at the bottom right of the G2 box there will be a small square. Left click and drag down this square until it reaches the last row with data in it. Once the code is dragged down it will be placed into each row in column G of the bolded dragged down area.
D. At this point the Column G may be completely empty. However, if there are names present these names need to be reviewed, because these accounts have access to FreeWeight, but without proper
