Nurse Career Goal
The process of becoming a nurse has been one of the most rewarding, yet fulfilling experiences I have had in life thus far. Being accountable for a patients life is no simple task, but one that I take with great pride. Though I have been exposed to many areas of medical care, my career goal is to work in a primary care setting upon graduation. My objective is to move from a sick-based model approach to one of prevention. I believe that I can make a significant impact in inspiring patients to take a proactive stance in taking control of their health.
