Nursing Leadership Definition
Introduction
In every hospital, there have many kind of professional staff to support the health care services, such as doctor, nurse, physiotherapy etc. to form a team to provide high quality care to patients. To keep a good team spirit. Leadership is a core person in an organization.
Successful leadership can push the team morale increase, decrease absenteeism and high performance in the organization.
