I’ve never been able to just sleep in extra hours. Sleep is very important especially because I’m so active with physical training and sleep allows for the body recuperate. My water intake needs some improvement because after every physical training session I should rehydrate myself. I also should drink more water throughout the day.
Another controversy that I discovered about myself is that I don’t consume an enough vitamins and minerals. Vitamins minerals allow for growth and development. Each vitamin has its important role on the body and the lessons broke down each vitamin explaining what they do and why there important to have.
After these five weeks I’ve learned something’s that I need to work on. I’m very motivated in being a Marine and being physically active. This class has shown me some new things that I should have already been doing with my routine. My action plan will consist of more fruits and vegetables. After each physical training session I’ll rehydrate, eat some more protein to rebuild the muscles, and consume carbohydrates to give myself some energy to complete the day. I’ll increase my water intake and try to sleep more. Lastly, I’ll consume more vitamins because now I know how important they are. This was a great class and I wish it was a little longer, but now it’s time move
