He reported that he continues to be bothered by difficulty concentrating. He also reported fatigue and frustration. He noticed that it takes longer for him to complete his school work. He indicated that his concentration is interrupted by unrelated thoughts. He reported that writing those thoughts down helped, but it did not eliminate them.

I suggested him to consider integrating his wish for socializing and need to study (e.g., study group). He agreed. I also suggested him to consider a holistic point of view. He and I agreed that one strategy may not resolve everything and that he would benefit from perceiving his situation from a holistic point of
