Odysseus Being A Hero
What does it mean to be a hero? A hero is a person who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities like being courageous, honest, and determined. A hero would always make communities a better place, which makes people admire them. Heroes would devote their best power to assist everything. Today, we have heroes that are help to make the world a better place from the past to the future.
Odysseus was a Greek hero from Homer's Iliad, The Odyssey. In one hand, Odysseus can be a hero. For example, he tricked the Cyclops Polyphemus by telling him his name was "nobody" and disguising his men as sheep, so that Polyphemus would accidentally let them out of his cave. However, in the other hand, Odysseus can't be a hero. For example, because of his curiosity taking over him, Odysseus investigated the cave of the Cyclops. The results were that he lost some of his men and that Polyphemus is blind because of Odysseus stabbing his eye with a spit from the fire, or a sharp wooden stick used

The body mass index (BMI) can be a useful measure for medicine and health. In order to figure out the BMI for yourself, you multiply your weight with 704.7, and divide by your height in inches. I think that a hero should have a BMI of less than 25 because if it’s more than 25, it’s a high chance that you’re overweight. If you’re overweight, then it’s possible that you’re going to have a high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, and other serious diseases.
Today, there are many famous people that can be examples as modern day heroes. One of them is Michelle Obama, the First Lady of the United States. In 2010, she created the Let’s Move! program. The program gives the parents support to make healthier choices for their kids, providing healthier foods in schools, and helping kids to be more physically active. Michelle helps communities to be healthy and to prevent kids from getting diabetes and heart
