CHAIRMAN’S REVIEW
It gives me great pleasure to present the 7th Annual Report of OGRA’s performance for the year ended June 30, 2009 in pursuance of Section 20 (1) (a) of the OGRA Ordinance, 2002. I must first acknowledge my appreciation and gratitude for the dedicated efforts of my predecessor, our founding Chairman Mr. Munir Ahmad, and the former Members of the Authority. The result is evident from the strong regulatory institution that my new team and myself have inherited and must sustain and improve upon. Their knowledge of the petroleum industry and dedicated involvement in fulfilling the Organization’s vision deserves our sincere thanks, and would remain the beacon to guide us as we take on this mantle.
