EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The aim of our study was to find the factors that are provoking the attitude of young generation towards the older people and what are the consequences of such behavior. The possible factors and effect of young generation towards older people is suggested hypothesis of our research. Independent Variables are the factors such as generation gap, media, and western culture. Dependent Variable is the attitude of young generation towards the older people. Participant on whom the research was conducted was either male or female mostly between the age group of 18-24 years. Our survey was done in Institute of Business Management so participants were students of bachelors and masters level. There were total 15 questions in our questionnaire which were rating based from 1 to 5. 1 is strongly disagreed and 5 is strongly agreed respectively.
