REQUIREMENT ANALYSIS
Setting of the Study: Scrapyard Inn & Resort starts from the word “Scrap In Pallochina” which is name by the owner Angelito “Ding” Santos. He serves also as a businessman, piggery and fishpond in their place. This resort was built in October 1, 2005, when they build a private pool with a measure of one hectare that they bought as much as one million pesos. After a year, they built another pool that is use in public with a cost of more than 3.5 million pesos. Scrapyard Resort has many facilities and venues like Arcs Hall, Elavated Dining Hall adjustment to the swimming pool with 100 seats capacity, Atrium, an open air function hall that can accommodate 200 guests , a family room, attic room, art gallery that is for the artist of Angono and Scrapyard Café, in-house and snack bar , offering the scenic view across Manila and Laguna. In terms of their reservation, it comes “First come First Serve” basis. The guest are required to pay 20% non-refundable down payment upon reservation, one month prior to occupancy, and 80% full payment upon check-in/five days before the event for weddings, birthdays, baptismal, debuts and lot more. Scrapyard Resort is located at Ilang-ilang St. Nieves Hills Subdivision, Barangay San Isidro, Angono, Rizal

Sources of Data Asking of some questions to the owner or staff is the one of the source of data. Our leader ask some questionares to the staff with WH questions (Who, What, Where, When, Why, and How) to answer it carefully and getting up the answers. Our group chooses these because we can understand it and get the information needed of said source.
