As I said I observed the mission statement. This particular mission statement said that they wished to lead the market of their profession by going beyond their customers’ expectations of them. I can only assume that they mean that their customers’ mainly positive expectations are exceeded, as opposed to their negative expectations being exceeded by the company …show more content…

It mostly talks about the ethics of employees, as well as the purported ethics for the rest of the company. To start with it talks about their vision, how they strive for an open Internet, how they create things with love and such, as well as transporting Internet to the public at large. It also goes into detail about things that employees should not do, unless they want to be fired. They don’t think much about employees selling stock information involving their own company, at least the information that the company isn’t releasing to the public.
