I chose a career as an optician.

Firstly, let me explain to you what is optician. Opticians are healthcare peofessionals who serve customers to shop for contacts or glasses. Furthermore, they prepare eyeware for customers. The educational pathway to pursue this career is having a college diploma. Employers preferably choose those with associate’s degree and certificates. They require apprenticeships and on- job training. Students are prepared for job skills needed for an entry-level position in the field through the a ssociate's degree programs in opticianry.
