Orc 2151.412 Case Plan
As required by ORC 2151.412 Case plan (Lawriter, 2012) the purpose of this case plan is designed to report how abuse and or neglect have affected the behavior of the client and family, while providing an exact detailed guide for the family and case worked in redirecting the family’s behavior, and circumstances that led to the risks mentioned. This plan will initiate standards that will address the client’s progress by measuring the levels they have achieved. This plan will give the family the tools needed to change their behavior and situation that put the child at risk for abuse and or neglect; it will lead the family and Child Protective services to work toward the same goal, safety of the child.

The father works various jobs to support the family, during one incident the worker attempted to speak with the father via the telephone, he became angry and hung up the phone. The other form of abuse Anne has been a victim of is emotional abuse and from all accounts at the hands of her mother. This was based upon the mother’s behavior during the conference where she appeared incoherent at time, which leads this writer to suspect the mother was under the influence of some form or drug or …show more content…
She’s a at home mother who not only cares for Anne but a two children younger than Anne. Because she is estranged from her family she is caring for two toddlers that are demanding of her time, which has led to behavior and the issues with substance abuse. Concerning the father he comes from a two parent home, where it was reported that the mother’s was verbally and physically abuse by the father. Neither parent is living, the father spent time most of his adolescent time with various family members and the juvenile court system. There were many attempt at placement within the foster care system, all failed due to his anger issues.

The following information was obtained from the teacher due in part to the mandatory reporting law in Ohio 2151.421 Reporting child abuse or neglect (Lawriter, 2009). This law states that anyone in the position as a teacher, nurse, social worker, of physician and suspect child abuse is occurring you must report. Because of this law Anne teacher reported suspected child abuse of Anne; this was collaborated by the evidence of bruising to Anne body, missing school, poor grades, unkempt clothing and overall appearance of bewilderment.
