Organizational Behavior Principles
The impact of an individual’s personality on work performance is how they put themselves out there by showing how they have this dynamic of growth and development. It is how they interact with other individuals of personality toward the method of impressing their factors of measurable traits. Experiencing the traits of the influence and criteria is knowing, what to expect out of it. Taking the chance of exploring is communicating with individuals that you possibility will be working with every day. The behavior of one another’s attitudes, race, color, or where they are from it is all about how well you get along with them on an everyday basis. The study of personality and traits are contribution of knowledge of work-related attitudes of employees and their performance.
Putting in all the hardworking of performance of how well you put all the involvement in your job/work showing all the above of the commitment and dedication in your work-related position to show how well you put the attention to the job to get it done. Personality has been the one to effect the environment for individuals to receive the attention in an organization by how the individual interacts with and being involved in all types of activities making a strong personality in a person-organization.
Three strategies an organization can use to maximize the contribution of individuals are:
• Strategy # 1 – Keep learning and Stay Positive – The Lifelong learner would help essential of the individual/employee for a successful career in skills, technologies, market requirements. It helps by converting your weaknesses to have strength to help the individual to open up to new experiences and would keep learning. Keeping away from all the negative environments and people because they would take all your energy away. Individuals would remain their focus of staying positive towards their performance and keep moving forward to read their goals by being productive at they do.

    Personality and job performances in the workplace are related. Have you heard of the big five factors? The big five factors are supposed to represent the beginning structure when it comes to all personality traits. The big five factors are mostly related with cooperating with other individuals amongst the workplace and about appreciating the workplace environment. The big five factors are: 1) Emotional stability, 2) Extraversion, 3) Openness, 4) Agreeableness, and 5) Conscientiousness.
