Organization Culture
The organizational culture is described as the internal environment of an organization, the shared beliefs and values that influence the behavior of organizational members. Organization that has strong cultures can operate with a better understanding of the future outcomes. The importance of a good communication and well develop beliefs and values. In a good and constructive culture, members are suggested to work together in ways that meet the best order for the human needs. In a defensive culture, members tend to act defensively in their work environments, seeking to protect their security. In an aggressive or defensive culture, members usually act forcefully in their working relationships to protect their status or positions Robbins, S. & Judge, T. (2009). I feel that in my organization we work in a passive culture, we all try to help each other.
