EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In today’s work scenario where organizational commitment is diminishing day by day and job hopping is more common, the organization needs to identify what make their employees tick, satisfied so that they can retain the best of the lot. It is said that recruiting a new employee is costlier than retaining an existing one. This project aims to find out the relationship between organizational commitment, job satisfaction and perceived organizational support in Wellfit auto Industries, Cochin.

In today’s world of work, where job hopping is a common phenomenon, it is important for an organization to know if their employees are committed to organization. There are many factors that affect employee’s commitment towards the organization. There are many factors like satisfaction, support from the organization, pay, and working hours etc that affect an employee’s commitment towards the organization.
