Aim of the report:
 The report will be formulated on the basis of two topics, Organizational Culture and Conflict.
 In the report the author intends to bring out the meaning, reasoning and depth of the above chosen topics by means of case studies and incidents which take place or have taken place in organizations.
 Such a method would help bring out the nature of the above terms as we have known them theoretically and as they exist practically.
 The report will go on to amalgamate the above topics and analyse them as one and what effect they have on each other and ultimately on the organization. This will be revealed by more case studies and examples as they take place in organizations.
 The report will be concluded then after a critique has been given along-side when every sub-topic is being analysed.
