Orion Shield Case Study Summary

The purpose of this case study on Orion Shield is to analyze the many challenges that Gary Allison, a seasoned Project Manager, faced during his employment with the company. Prior to his employment with Orion, Mr. Allison was a reputable and respected project engineer with 14 years of experience. Although Mr. Allison was seasoned, no amount of experience was going to help him face the challenges presented by his new employer. Mr. Allison encountered many technical, ethical, legal, contractual and project management issues while he was employed with Orion. In a number of occasions, Orion Shield put Mr. Allison in unscrupulous situations where his decisions would have severe repercussions.
