OSF Healthcare is an organization that stands by their culture valves and how they feel that the hospital should be ran. Each employee understands that the main priority of the hospital is patient care and safety. OSF has many core valves that they rely on to provide the best care possible, an example of those valves are compassion, trust, and integrity. My first step would be to gather information about the department to find out why we are having these problems. I would call a department meeting to introduce myself and to hand out questionnaire to each employee. The questionnaire would ask them to briefly tell me about themselves, their position with the company, what they like and dislike about their position, and their thoughts on how we can improve in our department. Once I collect the questionnaire back I would create a presentation that would include a graph and some of their responds which they will remain completely anonymous. I would present this information to my managers to discuss how we can promote change; once everything gets approve I will then present the information to my
