Basketball is a very fun and active sport. I play almost daily when the weather permits it. My friends and I like to play the games Horse, around the world and sometimes even play two on two. The object of each game is to be the one who makes the most baskets, Each game has its own set of rules and way to be played though.To be the last one standing is always the objective.
Disc golf has the same objective; make it in the basket. Except with Disc you play on a course, like you would regular golf. Start at hole one and depending on how many holes there are, usually nine or eighteen, you just continue to keep track of your score on each hole. Same rules as golf in counting respects. The fun of it is seeing how far you can throw that disc, seeing if you can beat someone else or atleast keep up with the professionals.
Last but most definitely not least, swimming. This activity makes you feel good in many different ways, for instance your cooling off your body and exercising. You work many different muscles in your body by swimming, especially your core muscles in your shoulders, arms, legs, abdomen and back. They all help you to stay afloat and actually swim. Swimming makes you feel like your unstoppable, like a dolphin swimming through the beautiful blue ocean.
Outdoor activities keep you in shape and feeling good about yourself. The more your practice the better you gets which boost your confidence in many ways. I like to do everything, there's not one activities I would not participate in just for the fun of it. We all have activities we love, who cares if we are good or not the only thing that matters is we are having fun and
