Because of many people abusing the welfare system people automatically turn a blind eye to single mothers, but what people fail to realize is that it takes a lot to raise a child. Most people dont understand that on average it cost 94,774 dollars to take care of a child, and thats not including the 86,824$ a parent will spend on a public college. As you can see children are really expensive, and a mother working on a low-wage job isnt enough to take care of a child finacially. In 1990 the EAHCA is currently enacted as the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The amendment to the EAHCA requires school districts to assist disabled students with transitioning from high school to postsecondary life. IDEA was amended again…

Attending college is worth the time and money for some people and vice versa for others. In order to debate about how attending a college is worth it or not one would has to understand proven statistics in college graduates and those who chose not to attend a higher institution after high school through an article given by “Time Magazine”, a popular magazine throughout the United States, called “Is College Worth It?”. My opinion on this topic is that college is only worth it when it is free or reduced in pricing per year due to the loan paybacks that can ruin financial stability in the future.…
