However, In middle school I remember reading the Phantom Tollbooth. This book was a first for me that I actually enjoyed reading. I remember staying up late at night trying to see what was next in the story and being intrigued by every little detail. After reading that book I could better understand how people can be mesmerized by reading a story. However, to this day I haven't found another book or novel that made me feel the way I did reading the Phantom Tollbooth.
It is important to have an open mind and not block others views out. To obtain information you have to let information in. This is the very important step in the learning process and in school that stubborn minded people have trouble with. They view their opinion as the best and this causes ignorance. Ignorance causes
stupidity and stupidity causes the world to turn to chaos. People say ignorance is bliss, but is it really bliss when the issue is still occurring; you just don't have the audacity to care about anything else but your own
