1. Introduction

This paper is trying to illustrate the process of professional development. The desired future career direction help to provide the questions, and the study and research for the requirements of the desired future career direction help to analyze the questions, which is the premise to develop program to solve the questions. After developing the program for solving the questions, the detail developing schedule is made to put the program in act. Evolution and reflection is important to estimate the effect of the program, which will be the premise to make the program for continuing professional development. The first step is to choice three objectives of the skill. The objectives chosen should well help to improve the skill after developing. And then to make the three specific actions to develop the objective, and the specific actions should have specific time scale and goal, which made by referring professional resources, such as books and website. To dissect the big goal to small practical mission is the key thought of PD plans, which make the big desired direction become tiny daily works. This is a great way for accumulation and can be used in other learning activities.

Well used the internet is another method that has been effective in developing my skills. On making the specific actions for each objective for improving, I cannot make the plan by phantasm. I need to do great research, and at that time, the internet provides great convenience to me. There are lots of resources for me to refer and study, and I do not need to leaf through abundant books or magazines to find the relevant papers, which great save my time and

This PD Module is the first time I put action to close my desired career. This method is easy learned and operated, and the process to make the plan is a process to study and research yourself and your CP. The practice of the PD plans is an experiment process, the success and failure all can help you to learn lots of things. The great difficulties on this module will be the lack of experiences on practice. And I am afraid to do the things have not done before, especially the practice need other person’s participant.
