Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is a method which suggests substitute approach to end an ongoing conflict with the help of different techniques. ADR recommends different ways of bring end to a particular conflict, for instance: negotiation, litigation, mediation and et cetera.
Today, in twenty first century, the world is facing difficult at the same time very controversy conflicts, such as: China and Tibet, Iran and USA, Israel and Palestine, and the rest. One of the longest conflicts, which covered almost five decades, is the conflict of meddle east, Israel-Palestine. In my essay using the mediation process I will present an alternative solution end the problem, by focusing on the history of the conflict, the demands of Israel and Palestine, the failure of pervious United Nations resolutions and other solutions for the conflict and finally my own opinion and solution. Palestine is the name of a region in eastern Mediterranean coast; Palestine is related to the word Philistine, Philistines, called the people who occupied the southern coastal part of the country in the twelfth century, the ethnic of the Philistines is not clear but today the modern of Palestine refers to the Arab population. Besides, some scholars believes that the name Philistine is originated from a Greek word The Philistine changed to Palestine during the Roman Empire, when they defeated the Jews revolutionary and named the reformed state Palestine. The archaeology studies argue that the first man existed in the area about 500,000 years ago, the region has experienced many transformations during the history such as: Paleolithic period, Neolithic period, Chalcolithic period, Bronze Age, Iron Age, and Hebrew Bible period Palestine or
