60g rice noodles(bihon)
30g ground pork
1 small carrot, julliened
¼ small cabbage chopped
¼ chorizo, thinly sliced
1 cup of water
1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, minced
2 tbsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instruction:
1.Place the rice noodles in a clean basin and immerse in water to soften.
2. Heat the oil and stir fry the garlic and onion until soft in a frying pan.
3. Add the ground pork and stir fry until cooked then add chorizo.
4. Add the water and vegetables and continue stir frying until vegetables are half cooked.
5. Add soy sauce and let it boil.
6. Remove half of the ingredients from the pan and set aside.
7. Remove the noodles from the soaking water and add to the ingredients remaining in the pan.
8. Mix constantly until the noodles are cooked and dried.
9. If it becomes dry before the noodles are cooked, you can add water as needed.
10. Flavor with salt and pepper to taste.
11.Wrap it with its cooked ingredients with 2 pcs. of lumpia wrapper.
12.Deep fry it until golden brown.
13.Serve it with sweet suka.

1kg rice noodles(bihon)
500g ground pork

1 kg cabbage, chopped 4 pcs. chorizo 5 cups of water
6 tbsp soy sauce
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 big onions, minced
5 tbsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste
