For approximately 3 years, I have been working as a Support Worker with Axisis Inc. Mental Health Service Group Home. I have been responsible working with over 100 at risk and mental health individuals at residential sector. Not only that, but also worked with individuals with intellectual disabilities; also worked as a service worker with Seaton House Shelter with homeless and at risk individuals. I have successfully supported individual and achieved strong relationship building skills for clients’ at my previous organization. Also, by providing affordable housing with strong advocacy skills. I have been integral in initiating communication with and implementing interaction amongst clients, family members, and community groups, which brought high recommendation to my organization.
