Patient bill of rights all over the world give patient a consideration of receiving care that respect personal beliefs, cultural and spiritual values of the patient. Opportunity to have access to information in such a way that the patient can understand and to have answers to all questions concerning the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment with options available. The issue of confidentiality and privacy encourages the patient in every part of the world to be honest in given out all the medical history, leading to quick recovery and thereby leading to healthy nation. Such information are also used for research which makes the medical world to be gaining more grounds in medical advancement. The bill gives every patient equal right to treatment and to be treated all over the world.

Ethical behavior from ethical dilemma makes the society a better place, and when the society is better the result is better life for everyone in the world. It helps in treating everyone equally without morals this is not obtainable. It helps people all over the world to gain meaningful employment, because often times employers will look at the past behavior of the applicant before employment. Making good ethical decisions lessen stress and thereby improves productivity.
8. ETHICAL REASONING
Ethical reasoning assumes everyone will make choices that will cause no harm to others, this automatically makes the society to stand against unethical practice and in turn makes the world a better place. Unethical behavior such as assault, intimidation, genocide, sexism, deceit, torture, slavery, rape, murder, fraud, racism just to mention but a few are being prohibited in the world today as a result of ethical reasoning. Freedom of religion, worship, and beliefs are as a result of ethical reasoning all over the world today.
