Patricia Paloco Analysis

Patricia Palocco is a well-known author and illustrator. Creating great children books and stories about her life. The books that I like are Fire Talking and The Meteor. Her books allow you to see very important times in her life. Though she started reading at the age of fourteen, her stories are very well written. Patricia Palocco in my opinion, is a very good author.

I like the book called The Meteor because when she was little and she was trying to read a big meteor came down from the sky and hit the ground. It hit so hard in the ground that it moved the house side to side. When her grandma pasted away they used the meteor as a grave for the grandma. Then she goes to schools with a piece of the meteor and said, “If you touch the meteor your wish will come true.” Because the family believed that if you touch the meteor your wish will come true.
Because her family tells story’s around the fire to all the kid’s in the family. In the book fire talking it said that she started writing when she was forty-one years old. Every time she writes a book it’s about the time when she was little. And when she writes a book about some of her family member’s when they were little. And she all so said in the book that she all so write’s some books of her family stories.

I like Patricia Palocco as an author because she writes her book about some of the things that happened when she was little. All so she writes about her life using books and some of her family members lives using books. When she writes books, she writes about her family traditions and all the things that happened before she was born. To me in the books every time she writes about a book when she is little she remembers what happened in the past. At the end of the book she said, “When you write a book you need your imagination to make that
