A. Attention Getter: Flan was created in French and Spain during the Middle Age, and it has become one of the most important deserts in America and other countries as well. Nonetheless, flan has been considered as a traditional Mexican desert. Besides, my family, but mainly my mother loves to eat cheese flan. B. I will teach you how to make a vanilla flan, however, there are different types of flans such as chocolate, coffee, coconut, cheese, orange, or even better rice flan. C. The ingredients that I’m going to use are 8 eggs, a can of sweetened condensed milk, a can of evaporated milk, and a one tb. Vanilla. Besides, we are going to use a cup of sugar.
BODY A. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350-F B. Step 2: Put one cup of sugar on the casserole, and warm it, until it becomes golden like caramel. C. Step 3: Put the eggs, condensed and evaporated milk, and the vanilla flavor on the blender. D. Step 4: Mix them up for about 1 to 2 minutes. E. Step 5: Put the mixed on the casserole. F. Step 6: Cover the casserole with foil. G. Step 7: And the last step, is to put the casserole in the oven, and wait for about 45- 55 minutes. When it becomes ready put the flan in the refrigerator for one hour, then just enjoy it.
