[Warnings.]
Warning people will be done verbally first (if not serious) then with the /warn command. Warnings will be given under certain circumstances which include;
Staff disrespect, spamming chat or attempting to cause spam, message spam (Mod+ as ), staff Impersonation (/nick or claiming they are staff ), racism (or Serious insults along these lines), and attempting to cause drama or bring toxicity into the server.
*The command used is /warn [username] [reason].*
[Kicks.]
When kicking a player it is normally done if they are being a nuisance (for example) if a player is;
Spamming chat / messages, Being disrespectful to staff, impersonating a staff member, being racist, attempting …show more content…
Temp-Mutes.
Temp-Muting a player can be done with or without the use of a kick. Normally after a kick the player would have stopped whatever they doing, however, a player may need to be suspended from typing in chat for a while if they Continue with what they were doing. Some reasons for this are the same as /warn and /kick. It is more of a serious punishment and is not to be used Inappropriately. The temp-mute times increase in 5 minute intervals. After 20 minutes higher staff would be contacted for a possible ban or perm mute.
*The command used is /tempmute [username] [time period] [reason].*
Perm-Mutes.
Permanently muting a player can be done by higher staff is they are causing a serious problem. As a helper a player should be perm-muted if they are advertising. A screenshot should be taken and posted to a higher staff member.
*The command used is /mute [username] [Advertising].*
Temp-Bans.
Temporary banning a player cannot be done by helpers. However, a helper should record a hacker and upload it to the staff hacker/player reports section on the forums. Temp-Bans are use for when a player is hacking. The temp-ban will last for 48 hours.
*The command used is /tempban [username] [48hrs]
