Dear Sir or Madam:
With a view to apply for the under graduate courses, science stream, I here by submit my personal details with skills and volunteer services for your kind consideration. I am Jaspreet Kular, born in 1989, Jan 18 in India. Moved to Canada in 2000 in grade 6 and finished my high school here in Canada. I have been to College for post secondary education but not completed anything. I’m currently working at Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Assistant. I didn’t do Very well in high school but I have taken all the requirements that are required for my undergrad program at Independent Learning Education and have finished with good marks. Overall, the intent of this letter is to persuade you and give you a reason to believe in me as a student that I will strive for the best. I know that when I pay so much money to a University I will not give up and lack in the courses, which I take during the year because I know that it will only be a waste of my money if I do not give it my best. I intend to work my hardest throughout the entire semester and if you can give me the chance, or even look over my transcript to consider my application I would really appreciate your time. It has been my dream for a very long time to go to University one day and learn about something that I will enjoy and pursue further on in my life. I am excited that I am able to work toward my dream while staying in my home community with my family and friends, and while continue working at my job. The opportunity to gain university credit for prior learning by submitting a portfolio for assessment makes it possible to begin moving towards my goal. Along with this letter of intent, I have included a copy of my resume and letters of reference. I look forward to an opportunity to further education. I feel that I have met the requirements to return to school and that I would be a motivated and successful student. Thank you for your time and
