I have been stretching and taking care of my hip but, it has taking an eternity to go back to its original state.
This injury has been one of the worst things that’s happened to me in a while but, on the bright side, I have time to do homework on the bus and I can have more time to make stuff out of cardboard and foam. One of the worst things about this is I trained a lot for Cross Country this year, and getting faster was my hope on the boards to write your hope on on the first day. I hope that my hip will heal soon, so I can finish the Cross Country season and be ready for track, and have an amazing track season.
I can keep running to get better for next year, and the next year, and the next
year.
